As Head of Human Resources and Customer Support at OgaCash, Oluwadamilola Fadekemi Adeite organises and plans the company’s manpower requirements. Fadekemi displays a consummate, skilful and an admirable approach to her duties which makes her exceptional.

She is responsible for formulating HR policies and procedures while also developing recruitment and performance management processes that facilitate hiring and retention of top talent.

In her duties as Head of Customer Support, she works with other team members to create a desirable experience for OgaCash’s internal and external customers. This involves establishing and maintaining effective and efficient customer service processes and standard operating procedures. She advices management of the feedbacks from customers and find ways to improve.

Her expertise in operating within financial budget constraints has provided services that are cost-effective and fit for purpose. She ensures that OgaCash’s facilities meet the government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, a certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota, United States and she is a certified professional in Human Resources international (PHRi) by the HRCI.
